  • Environment and Health Campaign: Lions Club Delhi Veg and DS Dosa Factory launched a joint campaign at their Indirapuram premises. This initiative has been launched under the aegis of “World Food Safety Day,” “World Environment Day,” and a “Cancer Awareness Campaign.”
  • Appeal: The club’s Charter President, Gaurav Gupta, has appealed to people not to waste food and to take only as much as they need on their plates. Additionally, emphasis was placed on planting trees to help control rising temperatures and pollution.

Honour and Cooperation/Awards Ceremony

  • The DS Dosa Group and the ‘Hair for Care Welfare Foundation’ were honoured by Zonal Director Kapil Khandelwal on behalf of the club for their commendable social work.
  • Business Networking: The club’s current president, Sanjay Agrawal, has announced that, alongside service activities, a business networking platform will be provided for club members. As part of this initiative, the “Lions Business Meet for Network and Growth” will be organized on June 20.

Religious and Philanthropic Initiative

  • ‘Maa Annapurna Rasoi’: At the behest of the club’s newly elected President, Anuj Agarwal, a decision has been made to support the “Maa Annapurna Rasoi” (community kitchen) operating at the Lakshmi Narayan Temple (Sector 56, Noida). Contribution: Members are requested to contribute ₹11,000 to sponsor a day’s meals on occasions such as family birthdays, wedding anniversaries, or death anniversaries.
  • Conclusion: At the end of the program, all visitors and new members were welcomed and served traditional Rajasthani cuisine.
