Tension prevailed outside Jodhpur Park Boys’ School on Monday morning after a group of parents staged a protest alleging that a teacher was conducting private tuition classes in violation of government guidelines and pressuring students to enrol.

Parents protest outside school over allegations
According to the protesting parents, government rules prohibit school teachers from offering private tuition. However, they alleged that a teacher at the school had been conducting private coaching classes and was encouraging parents to send their children to those sessions.
The protesters also accused the school’s morning section in charge of misbehaviour, prompting a demonstration outside the school premises.
Teacher accused of private tuition violations
The protest later took a dramatic turn when an argument broke out among the parents themselves. School teachers reportedly came out to speak with the demonstrators in an attempt to resolve the issue.
During the discussion, some parents allegedly confronted a teacher aggressively, triggering objections from another section of parents who said such behaviour towards teachers was unacceptable.

Police restore order outside school premises
The confrontation created a tense atmosphere outside the school.
Police reached the spot after receiving information about the protest and spoke with the agitating parents to prevent further disruption outside the school. The situation was later brought under control, and normalcy was restored.
