‘Kumkum Bhagya’ actress Sanchita Ugale dies by suicide at 22:Hangs self using sari; posted last reel hours before death

TV actress Sanchita Uglae has passed away. According to an ABP News report, the 22-year-old actress died by suicide. However, no further official information regarding the case has been released.

Sanchita Ugle had worked in several TV shows and films. She had been a part of many popular TV shows like ‘Kumkum Bhagya’, ‘Wagle Ki Duniya’. She had also worked in the film ‘Chhaava’, in which Vicky Kaushal was seen in the lead role.

Police stated in the report that Sanchita lived with her parents and sister. She was alone at home at the time of the incident. Initial investigation revealed that she hanged herself using a saree. Police did not find any suicide note at the scene. Investigation into the matter is ongoing.

In the comment section, the actress’s fans are paying emotional tributes to her. She was very active on social media and regularly shared posts. She had 139,000 followers on Instagram.

Sanchita was part of several TV shows and films

Sanchita Ugale had worked in several television shows and films throughout her career. She was known for appearing in popular TV shows such as Kumkum Bhagya and Wagle Ki Duniya. She was last seen in Dangal TV’s show Sajan Ghar. The actress had also played the lead role opposite Sorab Bedi in the popular show ‘Dilwali Dulha Le Jayegi’.

She had also appeared in the film Chhaava, which featured Vicky Kaushal in the lead role.

According to reports, police said that Sanchita lived with her parents and sister. She was alone at home at the time of the incident. Preliminary investigation suggests that she died by hanging herself using a saree. No suicide note was recovered from the spot, and the investigation is ongoing.

AICWA demands investigation into the matter

After details of the incident surfaced, AICWA (All India Cine Workers Association) President Suresh Shyamlal Gupta appealed to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to ensure a fair investigation into the case and order a high-level inquiry.
